2020 Arctic Winter Games
The Arctic Winter Games are a high profile Circumpolar sport competition for northern and Arctic athletes. Comprised of approximately 2,000 participants from Yukon, Alaska, Northern Alberta, Nunavut, Nunavik, Northwest Territories, Russia, Greenland, Finland & Norway.

Led the logistics and operations department including 5 simultaneous projects.

Redesigned the product and services delivery to be modernized for client expectations.

Created an effective communication strategy to work cross functionally with other project leads.

Executed risk contingency plans due to the emergence of the COVID-19 mandates.
