2019 Canada Winter Games
The Canada Winter Games is nation-wide event held every 4 years to host winter and indoor sports in host cities across Canada. A 17 day event, more than 2000 athletes and delegates representing Canadian provinces and territories competed with full-use of city facilities.

Led the delivery of processes, services and product shipment of all organizational assets across 20+ facilities.

Worked cross-functionally with co-leads across 17 business leads to align with scope, timelines and execution.

Monitored the operations delivery of logistics fleet, facilities output and on-site locations.

Managed a dedicated logistics execution team of 60 people.
